Less than 20 mins from downtown Olympia, approximately 1.5 hours to Seattle & 2 hours to either Mount Rainier or St Helen, this is an ideal Pacific Northwest home base for your group!

About the Space

Three rooms have queen beds and the master has a king. There is also a single futon in the common space upstairs and a queen air mattress, allowing for up to 11 sleepers. There are two working fireplaces (wood and gas). One of the bedrooms and the sitting room both have extensive libraries and the sun room is stocked with games and puzzles. The kitchen has everything you need, pots and pans, dishes and utensils, a dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, etc. There’s a laundry room, lots of towels, linens, blankets and extra pillows. A row boat, paddle boat, many life vests and fishing gear are ready for the lake! Parking for 6+ cars.

Guest Access

Guests have access to the entire property including the lake house, the side, front and back yards, the patio, the dock and the carport. The garage/woodshop are not accessible and will remain locked.

Neighborhood Overview

Quiet lake neighborhood. Lady of the Lake Resort can be seen across Offutt Lake from the back porch, a quick drive (or row of the boat!) will get you to the restaurant. The Chehalis Western Trail is just up the road, so bring your bikes! Visit The Monarch Sculpture Garden a few miles up Waldrick Road and enjoy outdoor art and garden spaces, a nice place for a picnic.

Getting Around

About 15 mins from I-5 in southeast Olympia. Less than 20 mins from downtown Olympia, approx 1.5 hr to Seattle & 2 hrs to either Mount Rainier or St Helen.
